Mercan Mile, DeLorean style: rotate every 0.2 miles between:- 10 burpees
- 20 mercans
- 20 dry docks
- alpha lunge, inch worm, two mercans, bring your feet up..... alllllll the way up the widow maker.
- bear crawl to cone, 3 wolverines, lungewalk to next cone, 3 wolverines, rinse, repeat. down half filed and back half field
- half field fox hole
- traded pax by pax choosing exercises each time we hit a corner of the field. we didn't do a full mile, but did like 3 laps. each pax chose 2x. I don;t remember all the exercises, but I do remember Stroller's ABCs (spell the alphabet with your legs ab workout)
