After each round, rifle carry out 50m, run out/back 50m, return rifle carry to start.
Round Format (OYO or Q-led):
Blockees (burpee with coupon) – 5 reps
Goblet Squats – 5
Overhead Press – 5
Bent-over Rows – 5
Coupon Curls – 5
Rifle carry to loading zone. Run to end and back. Rifle carry back Repeat x5 rounds.
The “Five Stations” Challenge - move out to first island/Loading Zone, then on to next island, followed travel to adjacent island, then return
Travel = farmer’s carry (or overhead carry for spice)
