Merkins, WWII's, squat jumps, SSH's, good planks and calf raises mosey to pavilion 69 - step ups, LBC's, leg raises and incline merkins Thunderstruck for last 4 mons - star jumps for 1st half and knee tucks for 2nd half of song TIME!
