The Thang:

Report to the Lacrosse field for Coupon Merkicides...
  • Merkicides = suicide runs with incremental merkins at each line (1, then 2, ... to 5)
    • Start with a coupon exercise as a group, follow up with a Merkicide. Pick up the six or plank after each Merkicide. Start the next exercise as a group...
  • Coupon Exercises
    • 30x Kettle Bell Swings
    • 15x Grave Diggers
    • 15x Imperial Blockers
    • 30x Coupon Rows
    • 30x Coupon Curls
    • 30x Coupon Overhead Press
 
  • AMRAP DORA (each PAX gets two rounds of each exercise)
    • PAX1: Rifle Carry 30yds and back

Thanks for coming out for my VQ/BirthdayQ/ManiversaryQ. It was an honor to lead this morning. I cannot thank FannyPack, Floater, and Mater enough for the years of EH that eventually brought me to F3. It has made a huge impact in my life over the past year.
