The Thang:

Partner A - Farmer carry cinders Partner B - 10 walking lunges Partner B catches up to Partner A and swaps. Continued until we reached the pond. Beatdown around the Pond Cinder Stations
  • 15 Kettle Bell Swings
  • 15 Curls
  • 15 Rows
  • Run to the next corner of the pond
ABS Stations
  • 10 Big Boys
  • 20 J-Lo's
  • 30 Leg Flutters
Run to the next corner of the pond Chest Stations
  • 10 Diamond 'Mercans
  • 10 'Mercans
  • 10 Wide 'Mercans
Run to the last corner (pavilion area) Leg Station
  • 10 Step-ups (each leg)
  • 10 Split leg lunges (one leg on the bench, 10 each side)
  • 10 RDLs (each leg)
Rinse and repeat around the pond until it was time to head back to the flag. Cinder carry overhead back to the flag from the pond.
