The Thang:

Men were split into team s of three, there was one team of two. Each team chose a number from 1:00 to 11 and then that team multiplied that number by three. That multiplied number equaled the amount of reps each member of that team had to do when they reached different areas to exercise in. Once a team finished a circuit they added three to their number up to 33 and then they started going down by 3.

The exercises were

Dips
33 second air chair or balls to the wall
Clap under knees

Squats
Step ups or calf raises
Imperial walkers
