Preamble:
Planned for a modified version of Cricket game along with Burpees .Warm-O-Rama:
15 Counts of each Exercises- SSH (Side Straddle Hop)
- Weed Pickers
- Hand Circles – small, medium, big
- Windmills
- Copperhead squats
The Thang:
Setup:- Used a light ball, cricket bat, and a cinder brick as stumps.
- Marked 4 exercise zones around the field: 2 Burpees + 20 Monkey Humpers Zone / 20 Merkins Zone / 20 Squats Zone / 20 Big boys.
- Participants counted 1 to 10. Bowler starts in reverse order, batter in increasing order, all other players circle around the fields inside the exercise zone.
- Missed Ball (Swing and Miss, ball do not reach exercise zone): 10 Mountain Climbers
- Ball Hit and Fielded, do not reach exercise zone: 10 Alpha American Hammers
- Ball Crosses and reach exercise zone: Do the corresponding exercise 5 Burpees Zone, 25 Merkins Zone, 25 Squats Zone, 25 Big boys.
- Ball Hits the Stumps: Sprint around the field and back to your position.
- Catch Out: 10 LBCs
- Every Over (6 Balls Completed): Switch batter and bowler.
