Mosey to School/Monkey Humper Hill. Assemble at bottom of hill, Tabata timer set for 1 minute work, 1 minute 20 sec run. Perform first exercise AMRAP for 1 full minute, focusing on form Run to top of hill and touch fence, return to starting point, approx 1/10 mi RT. Any remaining time is your personal rest period. RR 3 rounds, then 1 minute rest, for a total of 4 sets of 3 rounds.- Round 1: Merkins, Big Boys, Squats
- Round 2: Wide Merkins, LBCs, Jump Squats
- Round 3: Diamond Merkins, reverse LBCs, Lunge
