  4. 45 lbs - carry down - 10 shoulder to shoulder - return
  5. 50 lb sand kettle - murder bunny down, carry back
  6. 40 lbs med ball - carry down - 10 man makers - return
  7. 40 lb sand med ball - cusak down, 10 merkins, cusak back
  8. 2 45 lbs sand Jerry cans- carry down, 10 donkey kicks, carry back
rotate through, if the pax in front of you isn’t done then plank to await their return every 5 minutes pax were interrupted to drop their sand bag and run down and back across the parking lot
