39 SSHs, 10 DQs, 10 Bear Hugs, big loop run plus some for 0.39mi.  

The Thang:

Draw cards at random.  Each card has 3 exercises, each with 13 reps.  Do the whole card 2 times, then a small loop run.  Then next pax draws a card for the next round. There were various combinations, such as:  13 squats, 13 derkins, 13 step-ups.   Or 13 merkins, 13 freddies, 13 big boys, etc.

Wideright's daughter making it back from abroad.  Forrest's mother.  Sparky's friend's miscarriages.
