YHC indicated 6 pain station, 3 exercises per station, reps: 20 per exercise. Started at one station, completed all exercises, run a loop then to the next station.  We partner up and stay together.

  4. Inchworm Mercan, Copper Head Squat, Bonnie Blair

  6. Ranger Mercan, Mountain Climber, Heel to Heaven
Round 2: rinse & repeat without running the loop. Mary: Gas Pumper & a few others.
