This one really looked much easier on the drawing board

AO: Meathouse

When: 2025-05-27

QIC: Dinghy

PAX (5): Angus, Boardwalk, Busboy, Fuzzy Dice

Preamble:

So, 'twas the day after having done The Murph in honor of our fallen. Figured a short, sharp, simple workout would suffice. That stated, I didn't think it would have been this darn hard. More on that shortly. With a veteran crew, the shortened disclaimer was given and we got right to it.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of weedpickers, hillbillies, Willie Mays Hays, Moroccan nighclubs. As we were starting in the deck, we didn't need to move very far.

The Thang:

  1. Four corner BOMBS with rising/falling reps: Starting at corner 1, conduct 5 each with bent rows, overhead presses, mercans, block deadlifts, and squats. Proceed to next corner, using Zamperini carry as mode of travel. Proceed in clockwise manner to each subsequent corner, increasing through to 10/15/20/25 reps. At 25 reps, reverse to counter clockwise, same exercises and decreasing by 5 at each corner until getting to 5 reps
  2. 11 - going across the parking deck, start at once side, conduct 10 Carolina Drydocks. Lunge walk to opposite side, conduct 1 monkey humper. Proceed through entire evolution, until completing items. And that was time.

COT:

Brew ruck - 6/7   Prayers for Busboys niece to be healed.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I'm going to have to break that one out again soon. Definitely evidence that you don't have to get fancy - and it was an honor to lead you all in that endeavor (and what proved support for my hypothesis) this morning!
