The Thang:

In honor of those that Fought for this Nation, we performed motions associated with each Branch's associated Establishment dates. The Month = # of Burpees. The Day = # of OH Presses. The year was broken up: First 2 digits = # Squats 2nd 2 digits= rotating core motions ie: 1775 = 17 Squats folioed by 75 Big Boys. Rain and Thunderstorms were forecasted and for safety we met at the Parking Deck across from IA. Dry ground, no breeze.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It's easy to get caught up in the relief of a day off, festivities, pool days, etc. The true meaning of today is to Honor the Fallen, which many Pax have committed to in their own way. Fight the Good fight, Finish your work, Let your live be an example to those that follow.
