PAX (07): Buckshot, Dosido, No-See-Um, PushBack, Special K, Stu
Preamble:
a soggy Saturday morning with lots of rain (but no danger of lightning). The PAX aren't made of sugar, there's wasn't any danger of them melting. Mission stated, disclaimer give, mumblechatter aplenty...but, only for a little while.
Warm-O-Rama:
Windmills, slowsey around the lot, backpedals, side shuffles-left, side shuffles-right, butt kickers, sun gods and shoulder taps IC with 12-15 reps each. Mosey to track stopping to pickup coupons on their way.
Utilizing four Atlas stones (35#), dumbbells (15# & 25#), cinder and 5 gallon water bottle, four PAX took turns using Atlas stones for ground to over-the-shoulder cleans, OH press, bent rows and squats while the remaining PAX carried the remaining coupons down and back on the track about 25 yards. At the end of each carry, the two groups of switched places for a total of 7 rounds each.
Now that the warmup was finished, it was time to get to work.
The Thang:
The Hardest Mile
1 burpee
1 LBC
1 Jump Squat
1 SSH
100m Run
Rinse and repeat to 16 reps of each.
(the sum of the integers 1-16 = 136)
All PAX completed their reps by the end of the hour.
And that's another one in the books.
