    • 50 x Bicycles
    • 20 x Groiners
    • 40 x Bicycles
    • 20 x Groiners
    • ....
  2. Warm up - Escalating twerkins
  3. Stadium Dora
    • Partner A - 2 x stadiums
    • Partner B - 100 x T-merkin, 150 x 1/4 burpee, 300 x single leg Romanian deadlift
  4. Max Rep Pyramid- 2 minutes each with 15 seconds active rest between
    • Prisoner cell merkins
    • American hammer
    • Upright scissors - on six and horizontally scissoring straight legs
    • Power burpee - burpee with a groiner added before the merkin
    • Sumo pulse squats - toes outside of heels and heels outside of shoulders, squat from parallel to 45 degrees
    • Ranger (tricep) merkin
