Preamble:

When Boardwalk said he had a thing, yours truly dove on the opportunity to Q (as most other AO's have filled their roster). That said, this was also an opportunity to fill the Q sheet as a lesson - Dinghy will make it worth your while if he Q's! With a veteran crew in tow, abbreviated disclaimer was given and off we went.

Warm-O-Rama:

10 each of SSH's, Weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, Hillbillies, and Moroccan nightclubs. Mosey to the stairs by the stage

The Thang:

  1. 11's - Start off with an easy shoulder warmup of 11's with ercans at the stage and dips at the stairs midway towards the restaurants. Mode of travel run. Hillbilly for the 6. Modey to the ramp
  2. Muchas Tuchas - starting at the bottom of the ramp, conduct 40 each of jump squats, monkey humpers, sumo squats, alpha count Apollo Ohnos, then 40 single lunge walks up the ramp/40 single counts down the ramp. Rinse and repeat for 30/20/10 reps.. Walk to the wall on the right side of the ramp
  3. Jack Webb with a wall sit (drydock style): Conduct a Jack Webb, except using drydocks instead of mercans, THEN conduct a wall sit while doing your 4x the drydock count air presses. Proceeed to 10 drydocks/40 air presses. Run to the flag
  4. Estomago Pequeno - do 10 each of superman, pickle pounders, left and right side v-ups, gaspumpers, American hammers, and LBC's. Start with 10 of each, rinse and repeat decreasing by 1 rep. We got to 6 and THAT WAS TIME!
