COT:
- Halpha Day starts this Friday, 5/2 at 8pm (not 7pm Chanel). This will be a series of 45-minute beat downs, of varying variate, lasting all night, through to the start of the 10-year F3 Alpha convergence from 7:00 - 8:00 am. You'll have 15 minutes of rest between each beatdown. Some runs, some rucks, some 0.0 are sprinkled in. Challenge coins also available at the event on Saturday.
- The HIM of Gladiator are hosting a Beatdown / Breakfast at The Bound on 5/10. If so inclined, reach out to Dark Side to donate funds and/or food. Or, just show up for the beatdown and connect with the men of The Bound afterwards over breakfast. I hear Dutch Oven is fixing something special. You won't want to miss this event.
- Speedo is starting a new AO at East Roswell Park, for the men who cannot make it out to a 5:15 BD, or simply want two back to back. It will meet by the Splash pad, and run from 6:15 - 7:00 am, Tuesday/Thursday. Look for more comes from Speedo, if interested.
