Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the turf field parking lots for 10 x SSH, 10 x weed picker, 10 x mountain climber, and michael phelps. Mosey to the turf field for The Thang...

The Thang:

Turf field and line up on the goal line: Round 1 - crab walk to the 20, 5 x diamond merkins, run back to the goal line (repeat x 5).  Round 2 - zombie crawl (this was awful) to the 10, 10 x monkey humpers, run back to the goal line (repeat x 5). Mosey to the stadium stairs: Round 1 - 5 x dips each step with 10 big boys at the top, Round 2 - 5 x incline merkins with 10 big boys at the top, Repeat Round 1. Mosey to the parking lot hill: backwards run to the top, 10 x JLos, run down, 10 donkey kicks (repeat x 2).  backwards run to the top, 10 x merkins, run down, 10 donkey kicks (repeat x 2). Mosey to the playground for some picnic table shrugs and low country crab...or dying cockroach... Mosey to the flag for time.
