Preamble:
After teasing a 'themed' BD, I realized I was too tired to be creative with "Vitamin C Day" and the like. So I tried to outsource some theme ideas to ChatGPT but that guy's an idiot sometimes and besides I've never seen him post even once. So we did a basic loop with some new exercises along the way. Great to see Smithers out this morning along with many other faces I haven't seen in few weeks.Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around Mater's lot with high knees and butt kickers. Circle up near the flag for SSH, Windmills, Weedpickers, hangovers, arm circles, and Michael Phelps aka COVID self love aka HIOB. And we're off!The Thang:
- Head up to the concession/restrooms for some BTTW Last Man Standing. Zohan and Manscape were worthy contenders.
- Continued on the gloom trail to the adjacent baseball outfield for the Tunnel of Love- line of PAX holding high planks, the man on the end crawls under to the other end. Extra bonus this AM: wet grass clippings.
- Kept the mosey going to the pull up bars where we did Morning Call, 2 at a time.
- Continued to the coupon pile for Top Gun. 5 exercises x 10 reps in a loop for 10 mins, with 3 Burpees EMOM.
- Further down the trail, just before the pond, we did a round of 7s on the side path. Broken Bicycles at the bottom of the little hill and BBSUs at the top. Made it most of the way before we headed back to the flag.
