Preamble:

Ha-ha Week day 3 rolls into The Bound. A great group of PAX were there looking to get in a workout. Disclaimer and off we go.

Warm-O-Rama:

A short parade lap around the parking lot to the back of "Hardin Hall" for

  • Weed Pickers
  • Imperial Walkers
Then everyone grab a cinder from the repository.

The Thang:

Crazy 88

With a slight modification to make it 64. For each exercise perform 8 at the flag, travel to the top and perform another 8, travel back and repeat 3 more times to make 8 stops of 8 reps each (64).  The Crazy part is 8 stops and 8 reps you can squint and call it 88. Work with me here.

  • Run across lot

  • Repeat 4 times

Round 2

  • 8 Squat Thrusters
  • Farmer carry across lot
  • 8 Squat Thrusters
  • Farmer carry back
  • Repeat 4 times
  • TOTAL 64
 

Round 3

  • 8 Overhead Press
  • Rifle Carry across lot
  • 8 Overhead Press
  • Rifle Carry back
  • Repeat 4 times
  • TOTAL 64

Round 4

  • 8 Cactus Squats with coupon
  • Perform Curls while walking across lot
  • 8 Cactus Squats with coupon
  • Perform Curls while walking back
  • Repeat 4 times
  • TOTAL 64
The gazelles did Mary while we waited for the 6 after each round.
