In honor of FG and his upcoming procedure: two rounds of 4 corners

Round 1 - 10 merkins, add 20 squats, add 30 LBCs, add 40 SSH, back down
Round 2 - 10 lunges (single), add 20 J Lo's (for Tweaker), add 30 Stone Mountains, add 40 star jumps, back down

back to tables for some stations

Round 1 - incline merkins, dips, decline merkins, runner for time
Rounds 2 and 3 - leg raises, shoulder shrugs with table, step ups, runner for time
Round 4 - box jumps, calf raises with table, LBC, runner for time

Lots of family, friends, neighbors in need of prayer; get more guys out, especially when it's 50+ degrees
