Preamble:

Birthday Q at the home AO. The PAX kept rolling in. Shaping up to be a big crowd. A quick count and I realize that I don't have a Girlfriend for everyone.  Time to rework the plan!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the Big Lot.

  • Weed Pickers
  • Imperial Walkers
Mosey back to the flag. Everyone pair up and we pick up a Girlfriend for every pair.

The Thang:

Mosey up the road to the pond where YHC had set up a series of 8 cones. Exercises are printed on each cone with a number. 10 reps for cone 1, 20 reps for cone 2 up to 80 reps for cone 8. But since I am a benevolent Q, Cap the reps at 64 so cones 7 and 8 each have 64 reps. Perform exercise at cone 1, run with girlfriend to cone 2 and perform that exercise, run back to cone 1, then 2 then 3. Back to cone 1. 1, 2, 3 then 4. Back to cone 1. Repeat until you run the whole series 1 to 8.  But since I FAILED to have enough coupons on hand, alternate or split reps between partners.

Cones:

  • 10  Goblet Squats
  • 20 Merkins (hands on bag)
  • 30 Overhead Press
  • 40 Full Curls (bag moves from legs to chest)
  • 50 Squats
  • 60 Skull Crushers
  • 70 Bent Over Row
  • 80 Reverse Lunge single count
We ran out of time as PAX were working up the round of 1 to 8.  Mosey back to the flag.
