Dipstick put out a call for Qs to fill-up January, so YHC grabbed a spot. There was a subsequent call to focus on form or at least keep the Pax together with cadence counting reps, so YHC obliged with the following BD.
There was also rain in the forecast, so YHC planned a BD under the stadium before finding out on site that the stadium provides absolutely no cover and somehow makes it worse!
Warm-O-Rama:
YHC came in hot and dropped the disclaimer off as soon as the car went off. We grab cinders and move to the concrete pad under the stadium to attempt to hide from the rain. SSH, Copperhead Squats, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, COVIDS, and Arm Circles.
We left the "protection" of the stadium for the light rain of the parking lot.
The Thang:
YHC planned Math class first, 2 sets of 20-cadence-count calls of the following:
Bent-over-rows - Curls
OH Press - Lawnmower Starters (left leg and arm on a bench right arm lifts the cinder)
Goblet Squats - Groiners
Offset Merkins - Goblet Lunges
KB Swings - Skullcrushers
After 1 set, we were already at 20 mins, so YHC ended Math class for Recess.
Recess:
20-cadence-count Wingnuts
20-cadence-count Peter Parkers
20-cadence-count 1-legged Donkey Kicks
After all that counting, we learned Dipsticl has a problem with numbers and we were better off trying something else. Luckily, our next class was gym!
Gym Class Tabata (40 on/20 off)
Derkins -> Dips -> Super Marios (Step-Up onto bench then tabletop)
Plank Jacks -> Fire Hydrants -> Pickle Pounders
Deadlifts -> Curls -> (missed a third exercise in the set)
After all of this, we had a little time left, so we aimed for the 2nd set planned for Math Class. We made it through the lawnmower starters just before time. Returned to the flag for 15 SSH to wrap it up.
COT:
Quick COT, but not much to share as the Pax were wiped!
Beer Ruck on 2/2.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Thanks for joining me. I truly enjoy F3 and always look forward to my Qs.
