Preamble:

Swapped Qs with Zima so he'll have next week.  Decided to bring back another simple workout that would keep us moving and hopefully stay warm.

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick warmup:
  • 10x Copperhead Squats
  • Michael Phelps / Sun Gods
  • 10x Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

Tabata style workout with 4 rounds of 10 exercises.  50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest / transition. I had an issue with the Tabata app for the first round but got things figured out after that. 10 exercises:
  1. Run lap of the parking lot followed by merkins for remainder of the 50 seconds.
  2. Dips
  3. Step Ups
  4. No Surrenders
  5. LBCs
  6. Run lap of the parking lot followed by burpees for remainder of the 50 seconds.
  7. Mountain Climbers
  8. Jump Squats
  9. Box Cutters
  10. Big Boys
