Run to bottom of Zima's Hill, do 10 merkins and back to top after each exercise

A - Alternating Sidesqauts (coupon)

M - Motor City Shuffle: Lunge x2, burpee, (merkins  plank jacks x5,)

frog hop = 1 rep (with coupon) x 13

W - Wood Choppers (alpha)

O - Outlaws - Flutter kick O’s to the right, then left with coupon in hands

O - One legged burpees (1 leg off ground at all times)

D - Derkins
