Was a chilly day today compared to last week.  To some, it didn't matter as they knew they'd be warm.


Mosey around the parking lot with SSH, windmills, copperhead squats, forward and backward arm circles, and world's greatest stretch.  Then mosey'd over to the other parking lot.

The Thang:

Time for tabadas.  Pax's paired up.  Each pair started at one of the 12 stations.  Each station had one exercise and one MOT.  One Pax did the exercise while the other did the MOT to the 1st or 2nd line in the parking lot for 45 seconds, 8 second rest, swap for another 45 seconds.  once completed, move to the station on your right.  Rinse and repeat. Station 1 - v-ups/crab walk Station 2 - merkins/lunge walk Station 3 - coupon overhead press/bear crawl Station 4 - plank/borad jump Station 5 - bonnie blairs/side shuffle Station 6 - SSH, crawl bear Station 7 - burpees/mosey Station 8 - coupon curls/lunge walk Station 9 - big boys/broad jump Station 10 - jump squats/bernie Station 11 - jump rope/sprint Station 12 - carolina dry-docks/bernie
