YHC was going to go with boring rounds of 10 reps of each exercise, but then he was reminded that it was March 15th. Thus, it was determined that we'd so some exercises and rep schemesĀ  so as to ensure that we honored the brutal murdering of Julius Caesar. With not FNG's in toe, an abridged disclaimer was given and off we went.


15 each (HA!) of weedpickers, Willie Mays Hays, Hillbillies, Moroccan Nightclubs, SSH's, and away on a long mosey to the pull up bars.

The Thang:

Starting at the pullup bars, conduct 1 pullup. Drop down for 2 HR Mercans. Exit and run to the south path wall, conduct 3 step ups, and return for pullups. Increment up by 1/2/3 reps with each cycle until hitting 15/30/45. Note - at the 10th cycle, cut the travel and conduct sumo squats vs. step ups. Hillbilly for the 6. Mosey back to the flag. Mary (with 15 reps) - Flutter kicks, Gas Pumpers, Pickle Pointers. AND THAT WAS TIME!
