Run lap around the field then; 12 squats, run from goal line to goal line, then 12 more squats, run back 12 crunches, same as above; then 12 merkins Run another lap 12 Rosalitas, run from goal line to goal line, then 12 more; repeat with Plank Jacks and Shoulder taps. Run another lap 12 J-Lo's, run goal to goal and 12 more 12 Iron Cross/Windshield Wipers; 12 Flutter Kicks back to the Flag 3 Rounds of 12 reps times 2 =  3-12-24 Today's Playlist was to get me ready to go see Bob Dylan on Friday night
