6x6x6 1 min for each exercise, 15 seconds rest between each, 6 sets
  1. squats
  2. stone mountains
  3. lunges
  4. shoulder taps
  5. burpees
  6. abs (flutter kicks, leg raises, Freddie mercury, gas pumpers, low plank)
