The Thang:

mosey to the middle concrete island and asked the pax to spread out in a long line facing iron tribe.  5 rounds of exercises with 7 stations per round and escalating rep counts. rep counts are...... 1-2-1.... 2-4-2...  3-6-3... 4-8-4.... 5-10-5...... 6-12-6...... 7-14-7
  • round 1 - burpees - jump squats
  • round 2 merkins - big boys
  • round 3 bonnie blairs - squats
  • round 4 alternating shoulders taps - mountain climbers - bear crawl between stations
  • round 5 monkey humpers - dry docks
