We all got down in a low plank and held it for as long as we could.
Boomer and Potter held out the longest until around the 5:15 mark!!
For the main event we executed the following:
20 Leg Raise
20 Hello Dollies
20 Freddie Mercery-A
20 Plank Jacks
20 Mtn Climbers-A
Run around the buildings
After each round, increment by 20 reps!
When we ended we were in the middle of executing 80 reps of each exercise.
