Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey around the parking lot. Back to the flag for some SSH, Weedpickers, Windmills, Forward and backward arm circles, World's Greatest Stretch.
Carry coupon to the field.
The Thang:
Start in the middle of the 5 pointed star. Start 1min 30 sec timer and move to first star point and perform first exercise (amrap). When timer is done, you have 15 seconds to go back to the middle and rest. Repeat for rest of the star points then run a lap on the field. Then restart timer and perform 2nd exercise, etc.
MOT to each point were Bear Crawls, Lunge Walk, Crab Walk, Mosey, and Bunny Hop.

Star point 1 - Merkin, Wide merkin, Carolina Drydock
Star point 2 - Flutter kick, Big Boys, Box Cutter
Star point 3 - Curls, Overhead Press, Kettlebell swing
Star point 4 - High Plank, Air Chair, Low Plank
Start point 5 - Squat, Bonnie Blair, Sumo Squat
