Circle up and warm up.
Side Straddle Hops
Head to playground and pick up Rock
Drop rock at top of stairs on side walk.
Meet at corner by Gymnastics.
While circling the Gymnastics, Pool and Gym.
First stop – 15-20 Merkins
2nd Stop – Diamonds 15-20
3rd Stop – Derkins 15-20
4th stop - Wide arm Pushups
5th stop - Incline pushups 15-20.
Reverse it and repeat
Partner Plank Pull up – Playground:
Partner one is at top of stairs doing mini V-ups with rock above head.
Partner two runs down to playground and does 5-10 pull ups.
RETURN TO FLAG
Ab work for the next three minutes
Final – 2 minutes of plank until time.
