At each corner of the field, do an exercise; then run to the next corner and do another.
Some active recovery laps worked in.
we did in no particular order -
Merkins, Squats, LBCs, Calf Raises, Inverted Calf Raises, J-Lo's, Fire Hydrants, Donkey Kicks, Rosalitas, Flutter Kicks, Mountain Climbers, WWII situps and some others I can't recall at the moment
