YHC was fortunate enough to get a Gladiator Q spot in January, yet was hoping Slider or another RNG would take it for a VQ. Yet here we are, Tuesday morning, and I'm still in charge. So, burpee day it is.

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 burpees; 200m run in between sets
After completing this, we did a 4 corners escalator around half of the field. 20 squats, 20 mountain climbers, 20 Freddy Mercurys, 20 Bonnie Blairs.
Then start going up the burpee ladder, reducing the run to 100m.
With about 4 minutes on the clock, back to the flag for Mary.
