Moseyed to the parking lot for some SSH, Good Mornings, and Hill Billies.
AMRAP - 4 rounds. 1st round included merkins, karate kids, and LBCs with a run to the snack shack and back. 2nd round included burpees, diamond merkins, gas pumpers. 3rd round included werkins, squat jumps, freddie mercuries. 4th round included burpees, ranger merkins, flutter kicks.
7's across the parking lot with Mike Tysons at one end and squat jumps at the other end. When you hit the middle island we did 3 burpees each time.
Then back to the flag for a minute of mary.
Prayers for tumbleweeds neighbors father who recently passed away and for Ha-Ha's wife who had two initial interviews.
