Route 21 with a twist

Cold morning so I wanted to keep us moving the whole time. It worked.

The Thang:

Route 21 - Using landmarks like light poles. Perform exercises then mosey to the next appointed light post (usually 2-3 away)and perform another set. Instead of increasing the rep count by 1 we started at 3 and went up by 3 reps each time. The twist: The number of light poles between pain stations also went up by 3 each time. First set then run to the third light pole. Perform another set then run to the 6th light pole, then 9th and so on. 21 light poles is a long way. Doing it this way made it more of a run with pain stations. Exercises were just Merkins, Squats, and LBC's


It was windy and cold but not as bad as the day before. We had a quick COT, Pic and Quick coffeteria.
