It was cold, but at least it wasn't cold & wet. My goal was just to keep the PAX moving so none of us would freeze.
Short mosey to the splash park parking lot where we circled up and performed the following:
We then headed to the base of the small hill next to the main parking lot. The Pax was instructed to perform 11s starting with 1 burpee and 10 Bonny Blairs. The burpees were performed at the base of the hill closest to the activity center. The PAX would then side shuffle to their left towards the front of the park. They would then run up the hill, perform 10 Bonny Blairs, and then side shuffle to their right, to the other end of the lot, and then back down the hill to end where they had started. This was repeated until the 11s were done. We alternated side shuffles and kar-a-o-ke moving between the two stations.
After completing the 11's, we moseyed to the coupon pile at the back entrance. Each PAX selected a two-hander and awaited instructions. We then performed the following:
25 curls, 25 bent-over rows - run the hill - repeat 3 times
15 overhead press, 15 American hammers with coupon - run hill - repeat 3 times
Big Boy sit-ups with coupon until Q called for recovery
We then headed back towards the flag with a quick detour to the brick wall for some wall sits. We had a couple of minutes left for some Mary at the flag, and then we were done.
