Seeing the weather, I was very close to regret taking this Q, which just means it's good that I took it. No excuses, must show up. Hearing the rain I thought about possible modifications, but ultimately run the beatdown as planned.

We started with 2 Burpees
Run to the first cone and did what was written on it - 4 Burpees and 10 Big Boy sit-ups. Complains were made about the wet and partially freezing cheese grater.
Run back to starting point for 2 more Burpees.
Run to the second cone and back, but we got to do the first cone along the way and back as well. Second cone said 6 Burpees and 10 Bonnie Blairs alpha count.

You got the drill. Run to 3rd cone, doing the first and second along the way and back. 3rd Cone had 8 Burpees and 10 Hand Release Merkins. Now we were wet and cold both sides, with at least one pax concerned about frost bites on his pickle.

Last round. 4th Cone added 10 Burpees and 50 alpha count American Hammers.
with the last 2 Burpees our count was at 102 Burpees.
We moseyed in the parking lot to pick up the cones and headed toward the flag and YHC's car to pick up some toys. I chose a 30lb plate, a cinder and a 60lb sandbag for the 6 of us. Moseyed to the pavilion for ring of fire. One pax runs to the concession stand and back, while the others work out. Rotate.

Very gloomy, cold and wet morning made this beatdown extra sucky and therefore worthwhile. We suffer through a little pain and chaos now, so that we'll be ready when the real pain and chaos come.
