Full loop on ball fields was 1/2 miles. Found ice on the second half.
Did intervals on halve the ball fields.
First on was a quarter of the outside loop on. Then last quarter of the outside off.
Then hard on the straight away and the full half loop on, then the straight away recover.
Rinse and repeat
Will do a 9mile training on the green-way on Sat.
