This would be my annual attempt at Christmas Strava art. A variation on the same theme from last year...
Moseyed around the parking lot past the gym whose name we shall not speak, then did a 180 and a few rounds of Mercans on the way back to the theater. Warmed up there with SSH, Weedpickers, Windmills, Squats and Mountain Climbers.
YHC tried to explain the 'Thang' semi-quickly as it was likely to take the remaining time.
12 stations were set up along the center sidewalk. PAX partnered up and would spread out along all the stations, noting the number of the station (#12 being nearest, #1 being furthest).
Partner 1 performed the 'Counting' exercise for the number of reps matching the station number (12-1) while Partner 2 performed the 'AMRAP' exercise. Upon completion, partners would swap exercises. Afterwards, both partners would leave in opposite directions (away from center), performing the prescribed number of Burpee Broad Jumps and then Bear Crawl back to the station. Move to next station and repeat, 15 Big Boys between stations 1 and 12.

PAX almost completed a full rotation when YHC called time. In true Christmas fashion, there was no room for Mary.
Holiday travel, family arguments during holidays, and lifting up those missing loved ones during this season especially
Strava let me down a bit but we got our Charlie Brown Christmas tree at least! Thanks for showing up in the cold and for another great year of getting stronger together!
