After a quick disclaimer we moseyed around the parking lot and performed  Weed Picker, Wind Mills, SSH, Copper Head Squat, Hillbilly, Moroccan Night Club.

The Thang:

We used the island as our starting line and there are 4 pain stations. At the starting line performed exercise 1 and then zamperini with coupon to station 1 performed the exercise. Leave the coupon, moseyed back to the starting line, performed exercises 1 & 2 then moseyed to the coupon, perform the exercise and zamperini to the next station, moseyed back to starting line and performed exercise 1, 2, & 3 and so on. Exercises at the stating line:
  1. Hand Release Mercans - 10
  2. Peter Parker (AC) - 20
  3. Sumo Squat - 30
  4. American Hammer - 40
Pain Stations:
  1. Goblet Sqaut - 15
  2. Curl - 15
  3. Bentover Row - 15
  4. Overhead Press -15
We did 2 rounds. Thang #2 Lt. Dan: Squat & Lunges up to 10:40. Plenty of mumblechatter
