The Thang:

Complete a group of 5 exercises, with coupon where appropriate, then run across parking lot and do the prescribed # of burpees, run back and do the next set of 5 exercises. Set 1: 5 burpees, 10 Lt Dans, 15 V-ups, 20 Shoulder press, and 25 Skull Crushers run + 5 burpees Set 2: 30 Merkins, 35 Mtn Climbers, 40 Bobby Hurleys, 45 Plank shoulder tap, and 50 Chest press run + 10 burpees Set 3: 55 Squats, 60 Curls, 65 Amer Hammers, 70 Irkins, and 75 Step-ups run + 15 burpees Set 4: 80 Supermans, 85 Flutter kicks, 90 SSH, 95 Crunchy frog, and 100 LBCs run + 20 burpees YHC surprised & impressed that multiple people finished the whole thing. Those who did, did some J-Los for final couple minutes....TIME!
