YHC hadn't led in awhile and isn't in top condition so definite nerves going into it--woke up like 3 times worried I'd oversleep etc. PAX told to bring a cinder or kettle the night before Preamble: standard disclaimer given


SSH, Copperhead squats, Sun Gods & Michael Phelps OYO, Mtn Climbers, and calf stretches

The Thang:

4 stations with the flag being Base, 1st light about 30 yards, 2nd light another 30 yards, and final station being the end of parking lot where a 2nd board was set up to remind us older PAX of what we were supposed to do. --at each station, start with 3 burpees, then complete the exercise, and do lunges to 1st light, 3 more burpees + the exercise, then bear crawl to next light, 3 burpees + exercise, then lunge to end of lot and do 3 burpees and exercise; Pause....then repeat the whole thing in reverse to get back to Base. 1st station all exercises done with coupon Round 1 25 count: Squats, Merkins, V-ups, Lt Dans...then Lt Dans, V-ups, Merkins, & Squats ....switch from lunges & bear crawl to karaoke & bear crawl for Round 2 Round 2 35 count: Chest press, Bobby Hurleys, Plank shoulder taps, Bonnie Blairs & repeat Round 3...time getting tight so 10 count and karaoke between all One armed rows, diamond merkins, Peter Parkers, Jump squats...& repeat 4 minutes left so did some Merry--flutter kicks & then someone decided we'd do burpees the final 2-3 minutes....TIME!
