Pumped to lead the post thanksgiving one hour beatdown! My goal was to spike our heart rates several times!


Mosey to near the playground for:
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Plank Jacks
  • Toy Soldiers
  • Hillbilly

The Thang:

First station at the hill. Partner up for Dora 1-2-3
  • 100 Burpees
  • 200 Merkins
  • 300 Squats
  • @blue was not happy we ended up partners which I didn't understand. :)
Mosey to the field for 4 corners (bear crawl short side and run long side):
  1. 25 jump squats
  2. 25 T Bombs
  3. 25 J Los
  4. 25 single leg Romanian dead lifts (RDLs)
  5. Building on each other
At the goal line:
  1. 50 LBCs together
  2. Sprint to the 50
  3. 25 Stone Mtn Merkins
  4. Sprint back to the goal line
  5. We did this 4 times....I think??!!
Mosey to rock pile near field to grab a coupon:
  1. Rotate exercises....Curls, Skull crushers, kettle bell swings, and one other I believe.
Mosey back to the flag for some LBCs then time called.
