Showed up  and got the Speaker ready to go then went for a Pre-Ruck


The Pre-ruck was the warm up with a bit of good mornings and weed  pickers to get started, and with no one there to keep cadence with I was more interested in getting the party started

The Thang:

Even though it was just me, I realized that at times you have to go it alone, the thought of heading home was there but my interest was to push myself and not simply head home due to other PAX not being able to make it to the BD. So T.H.A.N.K.S. 6 exercises for 6 letters..  4 rounds.
  • Shoulder Taps (x 10)
  • Hand release merkins (x 20)
  • Ab exercise of your choose (x 30)
  • Nolan Ryan’s (x 30)
  • Kettle bell swings w/ coupon (x 20)
  • Squat thrusters (x 10)
After I completed all the exercises the 1st and 3rd round I moseyed around the short loop, the 2nd and 4th round I moseyed around the long loop
  • At the end of the 4th Round I added in 10 Blockees And after the last long lap I headed over to the pull up bars and got in 10 assisted pull ups.
    And I added in a 1 minute wall sit, then to end it I did a 30 second 1 legged wall sit, on each leg.
Time was up.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Took the pic and headed out from there, I did miss the PAX but with a lot of them either traveling or just not able to come, I understand. Acceleration point? What you do when no one is looking and/or no one is there to hold you accountable will set the tone of what you will accomplish. I agree together we can go farther but sometimes we have to go it alone to help us be better prepared/able to be there for others.
