YHC wanted to do another round of the gauntlet and created a modified gauntlet of stations involving lots of lifting heavy things and putting them down.


Standard warmups and disclaimer

The Thang:

Station 1 Two BlocksĀ  - Upper body round low mercan between the blocks like between two chairs
Lower body round - "bench" squats while holding block squat to seated position on upright block
Station 2 - 40 lb Sand bag - Upper body round - Curl to Overhead press
Lower body round - Lunges with bag on shoulders
Station 3 Block -Upper Body round - elf on the shelf-
Lower Body Flutters with block
Station 4 Tire - Upper Body flip tire
Lower body plyo jump on tire
Station 5 - 60 lb sandbag - Upper Body over the shoulder
Lower body- back squats
Station 6 Kb - Upper Body - alternating single arm deadlift -
Lower body round - goblet squats
