the promise QIC made to the PAX the night before the workout was, "no coupons". What wasn't implied was that the beatdown be free of pain...just a bunch o' bullcorn!
SSH's, Windmills IC, 15 reps each, Cherokee Run to gazebo at shopping center across street.
With dadgum Jackelope mumblechatter at level 10 with MT, it was time to hush the bullcorn. Here's how QIC did so:
Round 1: 10 burpees, 1 min. plank
Round 2: to the above, add 10x 75 yard shuttle run (totaling 150 yards/lap)
Round 3: to the above, add 30 BBSU's and cut distance on 10x shuttle run to 75 yards/lap
Round 4: to the above, add 40 Mericans and cut distance on 10x shuttle run to 25 yards/lap
Round 5: run back to base of Zima's hill and add 50 Mtn climbers to burpess, BBSU's and Mericans.
Run uphill to the flag and time was called.
little-to-no mumblechatter except for when dadgum Jackelope caught his breath!
we lifted up PAX dealing with physical illness, work and family stress and trials and celebrated a good start to a new week.
QIC was reminded to be an encouragement to the men in the COT and anywhere else he finds himself each and every day. Always an honor to lead the men of F3. Sprocket out
