Pax gathered on the starting line and were challenged to run 40 40’s in honor of YHC’s 40th Bday. October also marks YHC’s 4 year anniversary at F3, so before each 40 yard dash, 4 reps of an exercise had to be completed.
Pax had 40 secs to complete their 4 exercise reps and 40 yard dash. Chimes sounded every 40 seconds to begin the next reps and run.
Set 1 - 4 Burpees + 40 yard forward run
Set 2 - 4 Merkins + 40 yard backward run
Set 3 - 4 BB Sit-ups + 40 yard Carioca run
Set 4 - 4 Squats + 40 yard SPRINT
Afterward, we did 40 more Merkins in cadence for good measure and made the quick mosey back to the flag for Mary: 40 LBC’s, 40 Flutters, 40 American Hammers.
