Nice Mosey to the Amphitheater. Willie Mays Hayes, Hillbillies, Moroccan Night Clubs, & Michael Phelps.
We used the different levels of the Amphitheater. Walking Lunge to each wall, then 10 air squats, 10 dips, & 10 Derkins. Continued up every level. Ran up the steps to the fountain & back down. Same progression back down all levels. Ran 5 laps around the water/amphitheater. The the same process again…up every level & back down. Good Mosey up the hill & grabbed a coupon. 25 each of curls, nose breakers, squats holding the coupon, & overhead press.
Praises to everyone for coming out in the gloom to get better. Gave thanks for all prayers spoken & unspoken.
